Planet History and Bio:

Planet Neo was a prosperous and peaceful planet. It was the friendly neighboring planet to Planet Plant. Planet Neo was much like Earth, except that Planet Neo was a bit smaller and had larger gravity. The people of Planet Neo also called the Neon, were much like humans, except they were much stronger. Every person differed in height, mass, power, and all around looks. They lived in democracy, and always over-threw dictators. This was the old Planet Neo before that fateful day many years ago.

A few years ago, approximately 10 years ago, news hit Planet Neo that their neighbor Planet Plant was taken over by ruthless savages that go by Saiyans. It was a matter of time before they found out about Planet Neo and started their take over process. The Neon people did their best to fight of the Saiyans to no avail. It took only one year, and Planet Neo was no more. The Saiyans thankfully spared the people only to make them slaves. They renamed the planet to Slave Sector Neo. This sector was responsible for making food and profit for the Saiyans. And this is how Planet Neo stayed for many of years.

Omni was born in Slave Sector Neo, and was told to be a prophecy. A Neon prophet announced to the Neon people, that a boy with blue hair (Blue hair was very rare at the time) would be born and over-throw the Saiyans. It turned that Omni was not the prophecy, but he was a special child. His Ki power was extraordinary as a child, and the evil-sensed within him was extraordinary, as well. As Omni grew up his power grew and grew, and the Saiyans took this into notice. They took him under their wing and trained him to become a Saiyan Warrior. His people called him a traitor, but he personally admired the Saiyans strength. The Saiyans' also taught Omni destructive moves and taught him to hate weaker races like his race and earthlings.

Omni was on a special mission from King Vegeta when Frieza took over. Years passed and Omni came back from a successful mission only to find Planet Vegeta and his home planet destroyed. Omni was outraged and snapped. He tried to find the person who did this, but to no avail. So Omni decided to live his life training, so he could take over the galaxy, planet by planet. And the first planet on his list EARTH.

Moves:

Puaa Ball- (Means Vacuum in Neon tongue) Omni forms a Ki ball and shoots it at his target. When the Ki ball is near the target, the target will be sucked in. Once this happens the ball explodes.
Gin Ring- (Means Paralysis) Omni shoots out a ring with the power to paralyze the enemy. Paralysis lasts only for a while.
Wsuw Spear- (Means Kamikaze) Omni forms a spear made of pure energy and hurls it at the opponent.
Sisu Dome- (Means Death) Omni uses Ki magic to get the opponent trapped inside an unbreakable dome. The user then makes it implode by will.

Gin Blast- (Means Paralysis) Omni shoots out a purple mist at the opponent. If opponent is caught in the mist, he/she will loose their ability of Ki (only for awhile).

Jekka-ha  (Means Fire) Omni powers up and shoots a very large fireball at the opponent. While this attack is coming, it will split into several medium sized fireballs and hit the opponent in different directions.

Koas Umidatsu- (Means Shadow Spawn) Omni uses Ki magic to spawn their shadow. (Like Cell spawning the Cell Jr.)

Yusto-Ha  (Means Thunder) Omni fires a destructive blast that that electrocutes the opponent before exploding.

Yeesta-Ha- (Means Sub-Explosion) Omni fires an invisible attack into the ground. The attacks will sub-merge as a blast from underneath the opponent.

Neo- Ha - (Omni's most powerful attack) Omni balls up, before outstretching and releasing a destructive shock wave, that could kill a normal person light-years away.
