Rules


Characters:
All characters begin the rpg with a Power Level (PL) of 500, and an exp. of 50. All characters begin with zeni and start out on Planet Earth. Characters start with 3, all moves must be learned.

Exp.: This is your character's experience level. To perform moves and abilities, you need to have the required experience.

PL: This is your characters power level. The higher this number, the stronger your character.

To do stuff with your character e-mail me and tell me what you want to do.

Training:
Training is what you use to raise your PL and exp. Training can be done at a variety of locations and the PL and exp. bonus depends on how and where you train.


Battling:.
Battles are written by my Battle writers. You can e-mail me or write it on the message board, who you want to battle. The winner of the battle will be decided by, their pl, and exp. The battles will be written fairly. My co webmaster or I will decide what the winner and loser of the battles gets. There are three types of battles, regular battles, spars, and battle to the death.

Moves:
Moves are what you use to attack your enemies. Moves are listed in the moves page. The moves have two ratings. R is how high your exp. has to be to learn and use that move and P is the strength of the move.

Dying
:
Anyone killed in a battle will be sent to the Next Dimension. They have stay there for a week and after that they can leave whenever they want.

If you are killed in the Next Dimension, you go to (H.F.I.L.). You stay there for 2 weeks.

Fusing

hey I came up with some rules for fusions and fusing for the rules page (you don't have to take these actually but just think about them it will make it a lot easier to fuse and all that good stuff

1. When two people would like to fuse it will be written and put under the written trainings page because of the PL, Exp., and Health boost.

2. You have to be of the same race except for Nameks you can fuse with any one.

3. Then there is allowed fusing with other genders but it would not turn out as a man her or anything.

4. The two characters pick who is the main fuse so they use most of his/her body qualities.

5. Then they both can control the fused character but if used to the Porta Earrings the fusion will last for so many days until it wears off or if you do the fusion dance it last forever until someone finds the dragon balls and separate them apart. (The Porta Earrings and the Fusion Dance both make two different fusions)

6. When two fused people train it times the training by 2. Example: If a fused character decides to train and Kami's Lookout he will get 34,000 instead of 17,000 PL boost.

7. Also when two people fuse, the webmaster adds the two PL together, adds the exp. together, and adds the health together making the fused guy twice as strong as the original characters.

8. When the fusion turns back into the original people they both get haft of how much PL their fusion had and it gets added onto theirs along with the exp. and health.

9. The fusion will continue to grow stronger and stronger until one of the characters die that created him/her or one gets badly damaged.
